The "seismology" chapter should focus on the theory, thus we should not mention any software in this chapter.
In this PR, I moved "software.md" from "sesimology" chapter to the end of the "exercises" chapter. In the "exercises" chapter, we will focus on using Python + ObsPy to process/analyze data, and at the end of the chapter, we emphasize that there are many other software that are also useful.
