A single workflow to check links of all sites #55

For each website/repository, we have a check-link.yml workflow. The workflows are almost the same with slight differences. Maintaining all the workflows is painful because we have to make similar changes to 6 repositories.

I think we can have a single check-links workflow in this repository. The workflow can clone the source code and gh-pages branches of all the 6 repositories and check all the links.
