Improve the CI workflow #6

  1. Change the name of the workflow
  2. Add "Cancel previous workflow" step
  3. Fix a few typos
  4. Add one more comment
  5. Make the workflow less different from workflows in other repository, so that it's easier when we make changes to workflows across different repositories.
