fix minor bugs in Greens_function_acoustic_1-3D #11

Just stumbled over these minor bugs together with @heinerigel..

Currently all plots end up in one figure (which is unintentional) and there's some minor namespace problems.

Thanks! Man - we really need automatic tests for seismo-live...Its getting a bit out of hand.

I kind of know how to do it but it is bit of a bigger operation and I did not find the time yet. But yea - lets talk next week.
