Add new notebook on PPSD #3

Might be a bit heavy on memory with the one-year PPSD stacks, we'll see..

Btw. @krischer, how is the server updated from master on github? Manually or automatically via a cronjob?

Currently I manually update - I don't want to force a downtime of like 10 minutes when a lot of people are using it. I'm not sure how to do that manually without a lot more effort.

Runs really well and surprisingly fast.. Good machines they got there, I guess :-)

Embedded images don't show up though when I open it on master.. :-( they open just fine on this branch.. (might have to do with nbagg backend? might have to hit those red "X" buttons to make the images static before saving the notebook I guess..)
