Integration of model parameters gives weird results. Might be mixed up variables somewhere

Fixed by commit 2b033bd3981d376fb0eebb24d42cb1af7a614c40

Was just a bug in XDMF creation. XDMF indices start at 0 (C-style) and not 1 (normal)

Apparently not fixed for output "onvertices" voxel vs volumes
