ADD LABEL TO NETCDF FILE: how to.. #69

Hi, I notice that individual misfit kernels are labelled in the xdmf file but NOT in the netcdf file. Can @sstaehler implement this? It would be great to be able to keep track of each kernel, labelled, via netcdf.
