Need to re-jig the way spectral fitting is performed to better match Edwards et al. (2010) procedure.

Two attenuation functions which can be called depending on what unknown attenuation params need to be inverted for.

  1. quality factor (freq independent) - if site attenuation is given or is forced on
  2. quality factor (freq dependent) - if site attenuation is given or is forced on
  3. t* (source to site attenuation, freq independent) - if no attenuation info given or is forced
  4. kappa0 (site attenuation) - if quality factor (freq (in)dependent) is given or forced on
