Safari issue while slider-handle held down. #151

Client just reported me this issue and i think that it is a bug.

When user click to slider-handle and while moving it left-right, if you move your mouse vertically, text above/below will gets highlighted.

Easiest to reproduce this ion basic horizontal example is just click on slider-handle and move your mouse up/down, and user can see that text becomes highlighted.

I tested this on OS X Mavericks in Chrome, Firefox and Safari, and the issue is only in Safari browser.

I'm not sure if there's anything we can do about this, since I believe this is browser behavior. If you have an idea of what can be done I'd be happy to research further, though.

Thanks for you answer, i ll try to compare it a bit with http://jqueryui.com/slider/ as there we dont have this issue.
