I don't know what this package.json is, but it's definitely not correct.

So, you're saying it should install with rc4 or not?

No, I'm saying that the pull request I was asking about should have updated this line in my package.json: https://github.com/seiyria/ng2-fontawesome/blob/master/package.json#L35
