Project tree contains src dir as source node file #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a new project with the wizard
2. close the project
3. reopen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The project files in the project left pane.

The project files plus the src dir like it was a file and not a directory

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
