source outliner: possibility to filter for private and public #144

This is an enhancement proposal:

In the source outliner, there is the option "show also private symbols". But 
sometimes "private only" would be nice.

Maybe two toggle buttons (private, public) would be useful to enable filtering 
for private only, public only or both.
