Site Error #56

Hey, using Windows 7 and I can't add the game into my library for some reason. I just go to the game page, hit "Install Game", and then it directs me to the page error, saying that

"An error was encountered while processing your request:

There was a problem adding this product to your Steam account."

And that's it.

Honestly, that sounds more like a steam issue than an issue with narcissu.

I googled a bit, and I found this thread discussing that it might be because someone who has "family sharing" enabled with you already has the game added to his or her account.

According to that post, you can have your friend/family member disable sharing temporarily in order to install the game.

Hopefully that helps. If that isn't the issue, perhaps trying again later or contacting steam support would resolve this.

Most likely a Steam issue, think closing and sending a email to Steam would be a better idea.
