Delete Colonizer Ship on Colonization #101

When a system colonize job completes, the colonizer ship should be destroyed.

@Clashsoft Wouldn't it be smarter to delete the colony ship immediately? When the colonization job is started, it is only checked whether a ship of the type 'colony' is in the fleet in the system, but the fleet could then fly to another system and the colony ship simply despawns from the fleet at some point.

If the order is canceled, a new fleet could be created in the system containing only one colony ship. Or you could argue that the colony mission cannot be canceled once it has started and the ship is always lost.

Yes deleting it immediately also works imo. But then canceling should refund the cost of the ship
