Why does the link of RDD2019 become RDD2020 after successful download? So where is RDD2019? Is RDD2018 modified or not? #29

This is my opinion. 13,133 images of Japan road damage (RDD2019) are in RDD2020. If you want to use RDD2019, I think you need to download that RDD2020 and use only Japan road damage images in RDD2020.
