Improve the brand selection dropdown so that it includes intelligent filtering/search

Since we have a ton of brands we want to add we need a way to allow the user to filter when he creates a listing or when he is searching for a product from a certain branch.

Tasks

• [ ] improve the brand category to have a filtered brand dropdown search box

Acceptance Criteria

The filter brands is more organized on how sellers & buyers can navigate listings and we are using a filtered search box.
