Switch over to using solely forge #87

unless we plan to maintain sekclib for both platforms I have no plan on maintaining this on both. It also allows me to develop all my mods at the same time a lot easier due to workspacetool

Locally hs been switched though flag this as done once the sekclib deps are sorted
