Bow get stuck if you press shift q when trying to put on backpack.

If you press shift q while holding a bow you just hold it unable to put it on backpack after that unless you drop it first.

Normal behavior, since I wasn't familiar:

• b takes bow off bp
• q puts bow back on bp (I use b here by habit)

Problematic behavior:

• b takes bow off bp
• shift-q doesn't put bow back on bp
• q can't put bow back on bp (but b can?)

Also noticed in the process of replicating this: q on an empty bowpack takes it off.

This is probably going to have to be part of the input buffering work for #49.
