Config tweaks

Some config tweaks I didn't get around to in the recent rework:

• allow binding more special keys like tab, backspace, F1-F12, whatever else the engine actually passes along
• make the emote shortcuts rebindable
• make repeating emotes configurable (repeat nothing, repeat hotkeys, repeat /emote, repeat on /emote! or something similar)
