4 months ago I couldn't stand the hetuw delay and turned it to 0 from day one, so I'm a bit blind to this. :) Don't remember why 20 was changed to 10. I need to look into the server end of the rate limit to see if there's a better option than a fixed delay here.
Example quickly typing A, B, C, D, E, F no longer works properly... In vanilla if you send several messages quickly it will stop but still register in enter tab speech history. In Hetuw if you type several messages quickly instead of abruptly stopping it will keep going for a while. However, in Yumlife if you do the same thing it seems to work slightly better than vanilla but skips a few messages. Maybe this is because the default chat delay was changed from 20 to 10?
