Proposal to export the general version of polyhedral p-value and interval. Renamed then TG.pvalue and TG.interval

Also added TG.limits function to compute vlo, vup and implied sd.

Probably would be a good idea to replace other poly.pval functions with this to avoid duplication?

Have now removed poly.pval and poly.int, replacing with TG.pvalue and TG.interval
