Update options and UC Mode

Update options --> This resolves https://github.com/seleniumbase/SeleniumBase/issues/2768 --> With --ee: End tests early with ESC ("Skipped"). End Recorder Mode with SHIFT then ESC.
Update UC Mode --> This resolves https://github.com/seleniumbase/SeleniumBase/issues/2767
