Directory Browsing/Download Completed File via Browser

Just thought I'd suggest another enhancement for the future, how about a 
download feature/directory browser, like how torrentflux-b4rt has.

It would be useful for people behind restrictive firewalls, etc. For example, 
my college only allows traffic on ports 80 and 443, ftp is blocked, etc, so 
atm I use torrentflux to download torrents, then grab them over http using 
the directory browser in torrentflux.

If that was implemented in Avalanche, it would be pretty awesome, and give it 
an advantage over most rtorrent front-ends, since only RUtorrent has that, 
and it's an optional plugin at that

This is a good idea, and I'll certainly consider implementing it, but it won't 
be 
before 1.0, as I have much larger changes taking place behind the scenes. Once 
these 
are done I'll look at getting this in Avalanche.
