RM-bcu1: Periodic sending of Group Objects 0, 1, and 5 does not work (Alarm network, Test alarm network, Test alarm status) #49

To test the module, I've enabled periodic sending where possible. However, group objects 0, 1, and 5 are not sent periodically, see bus monitor trace.

Turns out this is a misunderstanding of mine: These group objects are not supposed to be sending value 0 on a cadence, only value 1. Therefore, I'm closing this bug now.
