Problem

priboiu bridge trash 1 priboiu bridge trash 2 priboiu bridge trash 3

Cause

Some of the locals are using it as a place to throw "trash"

Solution

Clean it, but before, maybe we should talk to city council & police to warn locals, provide alternatives & put an warning & surveilance to fee whoever will throw again
