Replace first initial placeholder image with robots #16

As posted in #13, the API returns placeholder robot images. Let's swap the user's first initial image with these robots as the Picasso placeholder when fetching a speaker's photo.

@crebma do you have access to the robits in #13 as SVGs? That, in addition to completing #15, is necessary to make this a thing.

What do you think about this change idea?

Got the SVGs from @crebma, will integrate into the app.
