Add localizations

Krux has support for different languages. If it's missing a language or has an awkward translation, please file an issue or make a PR! Below is the current list of translations along with ones we would like to see added:

We current have 9 localizations:

• en-US
• de-DE
• es-MX
• fr-FR
• nl-NL
• pl-PL
• pt-BR
• ru-RU
• vi-VN

From interactions with users in our Telegram groups and social media posts, it seems to me that we need to review some of these translations with the help of a native speaker.

Another translation work in progress at the moment is for ko-KR. I don't record any other localization requests and I think it's better for it to be done by a native speaker rather than us (developers) using Google Translate. Therefore, I would vote to close this issue for now.
