[ ] Rest API to access MySQL database.
[ ] Streaming data from MySQL to Elastic Search
[ ] Provide search endpoint that leverages Elastic Search

If chosen as infrastructure:

[ ] Setup API testing
[ ] API documentation
[ ] API authentication
[ ] Word management endpoints to use for new word submissions and definition updates.
[ ] Endpoints for word approval by admin/moderator.
[ ] Community user authentication.
[ ] Contributor rating system?
