I’d throw another on this pile: “blind to”, e.g. “xe was blind to the issues with the design”. Consider a substitution like “oblivious”.
(And there’s probably some overlap with “deaf” as well, e.g. “the criticisms fell on deaf ears”.)
Both in the neighbourhood of ableism, I feel.
