add definition for colonialism #343

Updated the colonialism.md in the definitions folder to add definition and some reading resources for the word colonialism and all related terms

@siawayforward I missed your quick edits! 😅 Thank you!!!!!! I think we should break out neo-colonialism into its own term. For now, please remove that section and we can consider this term ready for either review or publishing depending on how you're feeling?

You got it! Will break that out and create a different request with the neo-colonialism. Glad you suggested this because October is bringing its best neo-colonial self around the world
