Add definition for split attraction model #367

Adds split attraction model to the list and also adds a definition! This is my first contribution to SelfDefined, and any feedback is welcome! (Please note, the definition is adapted from the LGBTA Wiki (linked as further reading in the text) and I have sent it to another couple of queer folks to look over before posting here as well).

Hi Tatiana, I'm so sorry for the long delay on this one! Yes, I am still interested/available to close this one out. I have a busy few days coming up but I'll see if I can get to it sometime on the weekend.
