@vavroom : Ooh, this is a really interesting nuance that I did not know about!
If the only difference is the word (and not the context of the definition or the definition itself), then I would suggest: [1] Update the Capacitisme definition to include a Note about validisme. [2] Create a validisme.md entry and duplicate the information from Capacitisme with a note about Capacitisme.

The definition for "ableism" in French is marked as "Capacitisme". This word is used primarily in Québec, as recommended by the Office québécois de la langue française.
However, in nearly the entire French speaking world, ableism is known as "validisme".
It is worth adding a note, I think. I haven't done a PR because I'm not sure how you want to address this. Happy to get guidance and do a PR if it's easier for you.
