Updated based on deploy.yml and latest repo #103

This is my first PR to this repo so I wanted to start slow :) hope that's OK. I tweaked the deploy info based on what I saw in deploy.yml. I believe I go everything correct but would welcome feedback.

The changes are:

Remove 4 - Publish Container Step
Remove 5 - Server Pull
Update and Rename 6 - Restart to Container Update and Prune
Updated links to be relevant and working
