The SelfHosters template for Tauticord has been removed from the Community Apps, as Tauticord has moved to a new repository maintained by its creator: https://github.com/nwithan8/tauticord/issues/52#issuecomment-1421408078
This PR removes the template in this repository to maintain symmetry between what is in this repository and what Squid has made accessible in CA.
