iDRAC Fan Controller template `CPU_TEMPERATURE_TRESHOLD` typo fix #398

Description

I installed the idrac-fan-controller from the template on my Unraid server and discovered there was an issue with the CPU_TEMPERATURE_THRESHOLD field. The template had it set as CPU_TEMPERATURE_TRESHOLD instead and would not work. This PR fixes the issue and cleans up a few other typos in the template xml as well as the Github Issue/PR templates.
