Add Orbital Sync template #473

This pull request adds a new template for Orbital Sync, a small utility that synchronizes Pi-hole DNS server configurations for high availability and redundancy. A few members of the community requested this template, and one of them tested it as working.

@nwithan8 so sorry, I forgot about this entirely. I do not have time right now - my stuff is packed and I am in the process of moving.

Seems Orbital Sync was added by a separate maintainer a few months ago, closing this.
