[x] Rename /user to progress
[x] Remove semester nav, change it so clicking on a semester title in overview navs to it.
[ ] Merge search and catalog

Can we maybe merge catalog and progress?

Merging catalog and progress is too complicated. And there is no need to merge search and catalog, we have enough room.
