There were some changes in the DokuWiki core (see splitbrain/dokuwiki@c4766956646b53ab644ec6ddbd17d9cba07cf872) recently which will probably make re-defining of DOKU_TPL and DOKU_TPLINC unnecessary. Use tpl_basedir() instead.
