error message %%player_top appears at the top of all pages with abc player instruction for example http://sdarby.au/doku.php?id=roy_agnew

That is an instruction for abc-ui ($ABC_UI) to move the player button to the top of the notation. There is unfortunately no other way to move the player button (it is otherwise on the left, taking valuable space) other than adding that comment. Although I'm not 100% sure if it needs to be at the top. I'll see if it could go to the bottom instead which would at least not be as visible.
