Is the Bug - https://github.com/dokuwiki/dokuwiki/issues/3783 - a Dokuwiki or a WRAP Bug?

I'm not sure if using block level elements inside a table is supported? Does the problem also happen with <wrap> (lower case, inline element)?

Though throwing a TypeError seems a bit drastic even for the case that block elements in tables are unsupported.
