Slightly extend D3 module and add interactive line graph example

Hi, I just used your binding to create an interactive d3 line chart, I thought I would share the code so other can reuse it if they want. It's certainly not very proper code, so feedback would be highly appreciated too.

The "interactive" part of it relies in the mouseover interaction, provided for demo essentially.

Last, I most certainly messed up with the build process, with which I am not familiar. Sorry if that broke anything.
