I just bought Redmi Note 10S which comes with MIUI Global 12.5.14 version. Then I unlocked Developer Options... Enabled USB Debugging... Chose “File Transfer” mode... Just like you described here...

And then... after downloading and unpacking ADB and installing drivers I cannot open adb exe file??? It just flashes for a moment and closes immediately?

I tried to reinstall drivers but same thing happens. How can I fix this??? I don't know what's wrong? Should I enable something else on my phone??? I tried everything on Win 7 and also on Win 10. I tried to disable my antivirus on my PC. Still nothing works :(

I really want to delete this bloatware and set my phone free!!!

Please help me!

Thank you so much, my device (Redmi note 7, lavender) had fastboot screen loop after removing Mi music and Mi Browser. I thought nothing bad gonna happen and didn't backed up my data. Basically every single memory/picture of mine since 2017 have gone. Be clear next time! Let people know those 2 packages are connected to MIUI system directly, uninstalling them causes bootloop!

oftaptycode commented 2 years ago

is uninstalling bloatware will cause problems when updating to the next MIUI version?

Hi so I guess I updated MUI recently but now all of a sudden my widgets are gone plus settings are changed...I get all of a sudden a shitload of google sports updateds or whatever, the search widget is now set as the Mi Browser etc...anyone else noticed this?
