Improve error messages when channels are different #23

Current error:

Caused by error in `sigstats::sig_cosine_similarity()`:
! Can NOT calculate cosine similarity for two signatures/catalogues which
  have different types or channels.

Optimal error should tell you which types / channels are unique each catalogue being compared
