migrate from darkhttpd to lighttpd to fix "Request Entity Too Large" error on the /APP_NAME/connect/ route.
Import all JS, CSS and fonts required by the selkies connector HTML page to avoid issues with ServiceWorker caching.
support for auto-detection of GCIP backed IAP entrypoint. If detected, uses baked or cli provided API Key to exchange tokens.
