Interaction Minor Mode ready #9

the interaction minor mode is ready for futzing around with.

There isn't any way yet to send current definitions to the mode, but at least you can run the binary from within emacs.

I asked in support about why those duplicate commits are showing up. I'll pull after I (hopefully) get some response.

I pulled in the two commits that were real, and they showed up as new commits (grrr).
