Colors seemingly inverted in terminal #194

I'm not sure if this is the same issue as #62 because none of the examples show such a weird mismatch. All the colors seem to be there, but mixed up. (Left side gui, right side terminal)

TERM is xterm-256colors I am also using the solarized theme for gnome-shell

Not sure if this is a color-theme issue or not, but you guys seem really helpful!
