add to custom-theme-load-path #47

This pull request should close issue #46

Will this work on Emacs 23, where there is no custom-theme-load-path? If not, the form should probably be encapsulated in a function, and then that function called from the two Emacs 24-specific files (solarized-light-theme.el and solarized-dark-theme.el).

Thanks for noticing this – I haven't used the elpa package at all.

@sellout Good call, I think the new pull request should resolve that issue.
