What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.login
2.try to reserve 03:00-05:00
3.done

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

no time block selection other than 09:00-21:00

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Ubuntu 14.10+phpmyreservation 1.0
