this does remove the "per stroke" parameter from a few operators. As a tool and in comparison to other tools, it seemed to make more sense to add one at a time vs multiple at once (and it's easier for the redo functionality).
the operator doesn't save the parameters, so you have to change them every time. I think this has to do with how the tool calls the operators, will look into if there's a way to persist the settings nicely.
