RSS Entry in Mexico was deleted due to poor formatting
Exceptions added for Papua New Guinea, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Venezuela (Bolivarian Republic of), El Salvador, United States of America, Congo, and Democratic Republic of the
Code encapsulated and cleaned on the main script. Also, logging commands are updated to make statements cleared.
